Visual Commercial – Retail Fashion

About the role

The Visual Commercial will drive Zara’s commercial strategy in store while ensuring the visual presentation aligns with the brand and local customer profile. You will stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activity and product performance to create an attractive shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement commercial strategies defined by the company.
• Analyse market news, product shortcomings, competition and trends.
• Optimize store layout and product placement to match customer profile.
• Support product replenishment and stockroom capacity.
• Conduct commercial analysis (sales, business map, product reports) and act on findings.
• Maintain merchandising standards to ensure high‑level customer experience.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Section Manager and store teams.
• Train and develop the sales team on commercial best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and occupational risk regulations.
• Assist with returns approval and transaction support as needed.
