Virtual Elementary Tutor

About the role

Framework is seeking certified elementary educators to deliver engaging, high‑quality virtual tutoring to K‑5 students in math and ELA. Tutors will work remotely, providing one‑on‑one or small‑group instruction using pre‑designed curriculum and interactive slide decks.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual tutoring sessions (15‑60 minutes) to individual students or small groups.
• Create a safe, fun, and interactive online classroom environment.
• Use provided curriculum to guide goal‑focused learning and adapt instruction to each student’s needs.
• Administer scheduled assessments and report progress to the Framework Tutor Operations Team.

Required profile

• Current, valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA (expired licenses not accepted).
• Available Monday‑Friday, 6:00‑10:00 PM EST for all five days.
• Reliable computer with microphone, camera, stable internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting).

Required skills

• Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms.
