vIOP Clinical Quality Supervisor

About the role

Lyra Clinical Associates is hiring a Clinical Quality Supervisor for its Pediatric Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP), an accelerated, comprehensive care experience for young people ages 7 to 25. The role splits time between direct client care and management oversight and clinical supervision of vIOP Associate Social Worker (ASW) therapists. It reports to the vIOP Clinical Quality Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients, group sessions and/or Psych Urgent Care appointments (14 bookable calendar spots)
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and training of vIOP ASW therapists
• Provide clinical quality oversight, mentoring and clinical and administrative supervision to ASW therapists
• Give ongoing feedback on clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based models, client feedback and interpersonal effectiveness
• Ensure care is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven
• Lead clinical 1:1s and consultation team meetings, and provide clinical coverage for individual and group sessions as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Master's degree from a clinical social work track (LCSW) from an accredited program
• Current unrestricted license to practice in California; willingness to obtain cross-licensing in other states as needed
• 5+ years of postgraduate clinical experience
• Experience in high-acuity settings (IOP, PHP, residential) and with severe, co-occurring diagnoses and high-risk presentations
• 2+ years of clinical supervision and training of evidence-based therapies
• Prior administrative management experience
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Availability to work 11am-8pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, with possible Saturday work

Required skills

• Evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, TF-CBT
• Brief, goal-focused psychotherapy using measurement-based care
• Video therapy and supervision of clinical sessions via video conferencing software
• Comfort with technology and a fast-moving environment
