Villa Attendant – Full-Time

About the role

The Villa Attendant provides high‑quality housekeeping services for guest villas at Fairmont Kea Lani, ensuring each residence meets the resort’s Luxury Quality Assurance standards and reflects the spirit of aloha.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turndown guest villas, including dusting, arranging belongings, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Handle linen operations: remove soiled items, retrieve clean linen, and report any damaged bedding or protectors.
• Coordinate with Room Dining for tray/trolley removal and update villa status (clean, do not disturb, privacy requests, etc.).
• Maintain accurate end‑of‑shift room status reports and record any equipment malfunctions.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Deliver personalized, timely service to guests, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Manual dexterity and physical ability to lift up to 30 lb and operate cleaning equipment.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.
