Video Producer

About the role

Rho is seeking a hands‑on Video Producer to expand its in‑house creative studio. You will create performance‑driven video content that founders watch, share, and remember, publishing across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Edit long‑form episodes, short clips, product videos and brand pieces from rough cut to final delivery, maintaining high volume and quality.
• Own the publishing calendar, tracking and documenting every piece of content across platforms.
• Transform long‑form content into platform‑native cuts with unique hooks, pacing, and packaging for each social channel.
• Shoot and run production, operating cameras, lighting, and audio for interviews, studio shoots, events, and run‑and‑gun content.
• Monitor views, retention, and engagement, using insights to refine edits and formats.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, content production, or social content creation.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating cinematic quality and performance‑driven results.
• Strong sense of story, brand consistency, and aesthetic detail.
• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and attend to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Final Cut or Premiere Pro for video editing, visual treatments, sound design, and pacing.
• Camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
