Vice President, Strategic Finance

About the role

The Vice President, Strategic Finance will join Legacy Community Health’s finance leadership team to shape the organization’s long‑term financial sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Financial Officer, this senior executive will partner with senior leaders to influence enterprise‑wide decisions and design the future state of the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury and liquidity strategies that support organizational growth.
• Lead capital planning, financing activities, and banking relationship management.
• Establish enterprise risk management capabilities and governance structures.
• Partner with executive leaders to provide data‑informed decision support and analytics.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks to improve accountability.
• Oversee strategic transactions, partnerships, and capital allocation.
• Drive financial planning and analysis, commercial insurance strategy, and financial performance optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a finance leader in a mission‑driven or nonprofit environment.
• Strong background in treasury, capital planning, risk management, and strategic finance.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and shape enterprise‑wide financial strategy.
• Track record of building and scaling finance capabilities to support organizational growth.
