Vice President / Senior Vice President, Operations (Remote)

About the role

Tia is seeking a data‑driven operator to lead and scale its multi‑state clinical business. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, this senior leader will translate strategic vision into repeatable, margin‑positive execution across all care modalities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day and long‑term operations across clinics, markets, and virtual/in‑person care to meet volume, access, quality, and EBIT targets.
• Design and own the core clinical operating system, including capacity planning, scheduling, patient flow, and throughput.
• Institutionalize operational excellence by establishing cadence, metrics, and disciplined execution across sites.
• Coach clinic leaders to apply a unified playbook while adapting to local realities.
• Anticipate operational needs for the next nine months and build scalable models.
• Influence cross‑functional teams, build strong relationships with clinicians, and present updates to senior leadership and the Board.

Required profile

• Proven experience turning strategy into scalable, margin‑positive operations in a multi‑state or multi‑site clinical environment.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and clinicians.
• Player‑coach mindset: hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable coaching teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
