Vice President, Operations

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Vice President, Operations to lead and optimize a large‑scale, multi‑client operational portfolio. The role sits on the senior leadership team and is responsible for driving performance, client satisfaction, financial results and scalable growth across a complex service‑delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth initiatives.
• Establish KPI‑driven performance frameworks to improve efficiency, profitability and service delivery.
• Oversee end‑to‑end client operations, ensuring consistent execution, quality and operational excellence.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships and act as a strategic advisor on performance and outcomes.
• Own operational P&L, leading forecasting, budgeting, resource planning and financial analytics.
• Evaluate and redesign processes, systems and workflows to enhance scalability and consistency.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives leveraging data, technology and best practices.
• Build, develop and mentor a high‑performing team of operational leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large teams and managing significant P&L responsibility.
• Track record of creating KPI‑driven operating models and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic vision combined with operational rigor and financial acumen.
• Excellent client partnership skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
