Vice President of Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Vice President of Sales & Marketing will lead strategic sales, marketing and revenue initiatives for a portfolio of 60+ hotels across major brands. This senior executive position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and is fully onsite at the corporate office in Uniondale, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute company‑wide sales, marketing and revenue strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
• Direct corporate and property‑level sales teams, fostering relationships with brand representatives, corporate accounts and travel management companies.
• Lead multi‑channel marketing campaigns, digital strategies and public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Partner with revenue management to implement pricing, inventory and distribution tactics that optimize RevPAR.
• Recruit, mentor and develop high‑performing sales and marketing leaders across corporate and property levels.
• Prepare and manage the annual sales and marketing budget and present performance reports to the executive team and owners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth across multi‑brand, multi‑property portfolios.
• Strong relationships with major hotel brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt.
