About the role

The Vice President of Pharmacy Services will provide strategic leadership for pharmacy operations across a multi‑site hospital division in Las Vegas. Reporting to senior executives, this role drives cost‑containment, regulatory readiness, and business process optimization to enhance overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hospital pharmacy departments within the division, ensuring high‑quality patient care and compliance.
• Lead cost‑containment initiatives and develop pharmacy business process models to improve operating results.
• Partner with the Division Supply Chain CEO and Clinical Resource Director to analyze pharmacy purchase patterns and support strategic decisions.
• Maintain regulatory preparedness and ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Travel 25‑35% of the time to support multiple sites and lead division‑wide projects.

Required profile

• B.S. in Pharmacy (required); Doctor of Pharmacy, MBA, or MS preferred.
• Active pharmacist license; Nevada license required (or obtain within 6 months).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience in acute‑care, multi‑site settings.
• At least 7 years in senior administrative roles such as Director, Chief Pharmacy Officer, or VP of Pharmacy Management.
• Executive‑level leadership presence with the ability to build strategic relationships across the organization.
