Vice President of Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Vice President of Operations to lead a large, multi-client portfolio and drive performance across a complex service-delivery environment. Reporting to the senior leadership team, the VP will combine strategic vision with operational rigor to improve efficiency, profitability and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute operational strategies that support corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
• Establish KPI-based performance frameworks to enhance efficiency, margin and service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end client operations, ensuring consistent delivery and acting as a strategic advisor to executive-level clients.
• Own the operational P&L, leading forecasting, budgeting and resource planning to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Evaluate and redesign processes, systems and workflows to increase scalability and consistency.
• Lead continuous-improvement programs leveraging data, technology and best practices.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of operational leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an enterprise-level operations executive with full P&L responsibility.
• Track record of leading large, cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen and ability to partner with senior clients.
• Demonstrated success in developing KPI-driven operating models and driving process improvement.
