Vice President of Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize our manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, logistics and inventory management functions. This senior executive will shape operational strategy, drive continuous improvement and ensure the organization scales efficiently to support future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and long‑term growth plans.
• Oversee all manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, shipping, inventory control and distribution activities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, operational metrics and financial forecasts to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare, manage and oversee annual operating budgets and forecasting processes.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives, including best‑practice implementation, process improvements and cost‑reduction programs.
• Plan and manage capital expenditures, facility expansions and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, safety and quality requirements.
• Partner with senior leadership on inventory management strategies and cost‑control measures.
• Contribute as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, driving cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership experience in manufacturing, food production, distribution or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that support growth.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
• Track record of leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams and building high‑performing leadership groups.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
