Vice President of Global Technology

About the role

The Vice President of Global Technology will define and execute the enterprise technology vision for a fast‑growing organization in the United States. This senior leader will ensure that technology capabilities support global growth, operational excellence, and innovation across regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi‑year global technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives for clinical, laboratory, and business operations.
• Oversee global IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data centers, networks, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and telecommunications.
• Ensure high availability, disaster‑recovery readiness, business continuity, and operational resilience across all locations.
• Modernize legacy systems while minimizing business disruption.
• Define and execute cybersecurity strategies covering risk management, incident response, security operations, identity and vulnerability management, and third‑party risk.
• Maintain compliance with regulated technology requirements such as GxP, FDA, GDPR, SOC, and ISO standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
