Vice President of Finance – Mineral Processing

About the role

DISA Technologies is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale the finance function during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the President, you will act as a strategic partner to the executive team and the board, delivering clear financial insights and disciplined forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning & analysis, accounting operations, reporting, cash management, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain financial systems, including ERP implementation and optimization.
• Prepare board‑level financial materials and support investor reporting.
• Build scalable finance processes, strengthen governance and compliance, and drive process improvements.
• Lead multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdictional financial environments and support growth milestones such as IPO readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in high‑growth, capital‑intensive industries.
• Prior experience as a VP Finance, Controller, or senior finance leader.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel as required.
