Vice President of Finance

About the role

The company, a fast‑growing private‑equity backed SaaS business, is looking for a strategic Vice President of Finance to join the executive leadership team. Reporting to the CFO, the VP will partner with senior leaders to shape financial strategy, improve performance, and support the next phase of scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis (FP&A).
• Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic business decisions.
• Develop financial models, key performance indicators, and operational reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support board presentations, lender reporting, and investor communications.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.
• Drive process improvements and build scalable financial operations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, HR, and Customer Success.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Background in a high‑growth SaaS or technology company; private‑equity experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, strategic finance, and business partnering.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership and board reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable financial processes and teams.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
