Vice President, North American Marketing

About the role

The Vice President of North American Marketing will own the go‑to‑market strategy for Goliath’s full portfolio across the United States and Canada. Reporting to senior leadership, this role partners closely with Global Brand Marketing, Sales, Insights and Commercial teams to translate global brand vision into high‑impact North American campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the North American go‑to‑market strategy for toys, games, compounds and emerging categories.
• Develop integrated launch plans for new products and major brand initiatives.
• Lead all advertising activities, including TV, digital, social, retail media, influencer and performance marketing.
• Manage media agencies, creative partners and marketing budgets while tracking ROI and optimization opportunities.
• Direct North American public relations, media outreach, product launches and crisis communications.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation, community management and influencer partnerships.
• Plan and execute trade shows, customer events and showroom experiences.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Insights and Commercial teams to maximize market impact.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience, preferably within consumer products or entertainment.
• Strong track record of delivering successful product launches and brand growth in North America.
• Excellent collaboration skills with global brand, sales and insights functions.
