About the role
We. Communications is seeking a Vice President to lead issues and crisis management for Fortune 500 companies, large nonprofits and philanthropies. The role advises senior leaders on reputation, policy and stakeholder challenges, helping clients navigate high‑stakes situations with clarity and confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Act as senior counsel on complex reputation, business, policy and stakeholder issues.
- Design and execute issues‑management and crisis‑communication programs across scenarios such as cybersecurity incidents, litigation, regulatory investigations, executive matters, labor disputes, geopolitical events and business transformations.
- Anticipate emerging risks, provide strategic guidance, and develop crisis‑preparedness plans, escalation protocols and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and protect client reputation during critical moments.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience advising large corporations, nonprofits or philanthropic organizations.
- Deep expertise in issues management, crisis communications, public affairs and reputation management.
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder insight and ability to operate under pressure.
