Vice President, Investor Relations & Capital Formation

About the role

This senior position leads fundraising and investor‑relations activities for a top‑tier alternative‑investment firm. You will work directly with senior leadership and institutional investors across private equity, venture capital, credit, and hedge‑fund strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support capital‑raising initiatives by preparing and presenting materials to current and prospective investors.
• Manage and deepen relationships with limited partners, consultants, and other capital partners.
• Coordinate diligence processes, track investor feedback, and maintain pipeline activity.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, messaging, and overall investor engagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, capital formation, fundraising, placement, investment banking, consulting, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Exposure to alternative‑investment products such as private equity, venture capital, credit, or hedge funds.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
