Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics & Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive performance, and support rapid international expansion of the fitness franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, integrating logistics and fulfillment strategy across sales, real estate, finance, legal, and operations.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risk factors (e.g., port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI and IoT for automation and visibility improvements.
• Enforce service‑level expectations for third‑party partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals and financial targets, using forecasting methods like moving averages, trend projections, and seasonality adjustments.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key global providers to secure capacity for projected growth.
• Incorporate macro‑economic indicators into demand models to anticipate market shifts.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑driven supply chain executive with extensive experience in global logistics, fulfillment, and customer service within multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer products environments.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing teams, optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes, and delivering accurate inventory and demand planning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop scalable solutions that support rapid business growth.
