Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics & Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive efficiency, and support rapid international expansion across the fitness franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate supply chain, logistics and fulfillment strategy with franchise sales, real‑estate, finance, legal and other operational functions.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (e.g., port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Scout emerging technologies such as AI and IoT to enhance automation and visibility.
• Manage third‑party partners, enforcing service‑level agreements and performance standards.
• Maintain a demand roadmap aligned with global expansion goals, using forecasting methods like moving averages, trend projections and seasonality adjustments.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key providers to secure capacity for projected growth.

Required profile

• Extensive executive experience leading global supply chain, logistics, fulfillment and customer service in multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality or consumer‑products environments.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing teams and delivering scalable solutions that support rapid growth.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to influence cross‑functional leadership.
