Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This senior executive will integrate supply chain strategy across franchise sales, real estate, finance, legal, and all operational functions to support rapid global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, aligning logistics and fulfillment with overall business strategy.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global events (e.g., port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business continuity playbook.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI and IoT for automation and visibility improvements.
• Manage third‑party partners, enforcing service level agreements and performance expectations.
• Maintain a demand roadmap that supports global expansion goals and financial targets.
• Implement forecasting methods (moving averages, trend projections, seasonality adjustments) and incorporate macro‑economic indicators into demand planning.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑driven supply chain executive with extensive experience in global logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing teams and optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Experience in multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer products environments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop scalable solutions that support rapid business growth.
