Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment strategy. Reporting to the executive team, you will integrate supply‑chain initiatives across franchise development, finance, legal, and operations to support rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply‑chain advocate at the leadership level, aligning logistics, fulfillment, and inventory strategies with sales, real‑estate, and franchise expansion plans.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (e.g., port strikes, trade disruptions) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI and IoT for automation and visibility improvements.
• Set and enforce service‑level expectations for third‑party partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain a demand roadmap, implement forecasting methods (moving averages, trend projections, seasonality adjustments) and incorporate macro‑economic indicators into planning.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with global providers to secure capacity aligned with growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading global supply‑chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations in multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer‑products environments.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams and delivering scalable, data‑driven solutions.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence cross‑functional leaders.
