Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive efficiency, and support rapid international expansion across the fitness franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment strategy with franchise sales, real estate, finance, legal, and operational functions.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risks (e.g., port strikes, trade disruptions) and maintain a business continuity playbook.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI and IoT to enhance automation and visibility.
• Manage third‑party partners, enforcing service level agreements and performance standards.
• Maintain a demand forecasting roadmap aligned with global expansion goals, using moving averages, trend projections, and seasonality adjustments.
• Collaborate with global providers to secure capacity and incorporate macro‑economic indicators into demand models.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience leading global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment in a multi‑unit, franchise, retail, or consumer‑products environment.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams and delivering measurable improvements in inventory accuracy and demand planning.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to influence cross‑functional leadership.
