Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment

About the role

FIT House of Brands is seeking a Vice President to lead its global supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment functions. This senior executive will integrate supply chain strategy across franchise development, finance, legal, and operational teams to support rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary supply chain advocate at the leadership level, aligning logistics and fulfillment with sales, real‑estate, and franchise expansion.
• Mentor and develop the Director of Supply Chain and broader team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor global risk factors (e.g., port strikes, trade disputes) and maintain a business‑continuity playbook.
• Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI and IoT for automation and visibility improvements.
• Set and enforce service‑level expectations for third‑party partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain a demand roadmap that reflects global expansion goals and financial targets, using forecasting methods like moving averages and trend projections.
• Lead collaborative planning sessions with key global providers to secure capacity aligned with projected growth.

Required profile

• Strategic, results‑driven supply chain executive with extensive experience in global logistics, fulfillment, and customer service.
• Proven track record building high‑performing teams and optimizing end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
• Experience in multi‑unit, franchise, retail, fitness, hospitality, or consumer‑products environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive inventory and demand‑planning accuracy and develop scalable solutions for fast‑growing businesses.
