Vice President / General Manager – East Region

About the role

The Vice President / General Manager for the East Region will lead all sales activities for Mast‑Jägermeister’s U.S. portfolio, driving growth on‑ and off‑premise and managing key distributor relationships. This senior commercial role combines strategic planning, market execution, and people leadership across a large, dynamic territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in partnership with cross‑functional leaders.
• Own and expand relationships with distributor senior executives, leading top‑to‑top planning, negotiations, and share‑of‑mind initiatives.
• Lead regional commercial planning, set annual and long‑term sales targets, and track volume, account, and equipment metrics.
• Drive brand execution programs, including distribution, merchandising, shelf placement, and promotional activities.
• Manage the regional budget, pricing, profit and brand economics, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities.
• Hire, coach, and retain top talent, building a strong leadership bench and fostering internal promotions.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in the spirits or broader beverage industry.
• Deep knowledge of the East U.S. market, key accounts, competitors, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Strong track record of managing distributor partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
• Exceptional people‑management skills with a focus on coaching and talent development.
