Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Investing

About the role

Macquarie Asset Management's Digital Infrastructure team invests in the assets and technologies that support how people connect, work and live. This Vice President role takes ownership of digital infrastructure investments from finding opportunities through execution and exit, deploying third-party equity capital and managing existing investments with a focus on long-term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy third-party equity capital and actively manage existing investments
• Partner with senior leaders in portfolio companies to set strategy, guide business planning and manage performance
• Support mentoring and development within the team and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture

Required profile

• 4-8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a direct investing role
• Experience in the digital or communications industries is highly preferred
• A proven track record of leading transactions through successful execution
• Experience driving performance across investments and operating companies from a shareholder perspective

Required skills

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and commercial skills with an entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to lead investments and support growing businesses in a dynamic environment

What we offer

• Salary range of $260,000 - $285,000 per year, with possible discretionary incentive compensation
