About the role
Kyverna Therapeutics is seeking a strategic, execution‑oriented Vice President of Commercial Operations to build and lead a world‑class commercial operations organization. This senior leader will support the launch and commercialization of innovative cell therapies for autoimmune diseases, working closely with the Commercial Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities
- Design and scale the Commercial Operations function from pre‑commercial to full commercial stage.
- Partner with leadership to develop launch strategies, go‑to‑market models, field deployment plans, and operational infrastructure.
- Lead launch readiness activities including territory alignment, incentive compensation, CRM implementation, analytics, and reporting.
- Oversee field operations: sales force sizing, structure, targeting, call planning, and performance analytics.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to drive data‑informed decision‑making.
- Support long‑range planning, annual operating planning, and commercial forecasting.
- Ensure operational excellence across CRM systems, field tools, data governance, and commercial technologies.
Required profile
- Extensive experience leading commercial operations in biotechnology or specialty therapeutics.
- Proven track record in launch preparation for cell therapy, CAR‑T, rare disease, or autoimmune products.
- Deep understanding of buy‑and‑bill reimbursement models and complex patient journeys.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
