Vertical Account Manager - Claims

About the role

The Vertical Account Manager – Claims will drive revenue growth within established enterprise accounts in the insurance claims space. You will partner with claims teams at insurance carriers, delivering data‑driven tools and solutions that help them manage risk and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans, identifying revenue opportunities.
• Maintain customer roadmap and retention plans to protect base revenue.
• Collaborate with sales support, implementation managers, and product specialists to meet customer needs.
• Conduct gap analysis to uncover incremental opportunities within existing accounts.
• Engage decision‑makers to uncover new business prospects.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven P&C insurance sales experience with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Claims experience is a plus.
• Experience selling data or SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Strong client‑relationship building skills.
• Excellent project‑management and analytical abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset focused on collaboration and quality work.
• Based in the Southeast United States and able to travel up to 30%.

What we offer

• Base salary range $85,200 – $158,000.
• Total target cash compensation $131,100 – $243,300.
