Version2.ai Customer Success Manager

About the role

Givzey is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its Version2.ai product to help nonprofit organizations deploy, adopt, and retain Givzey solutions. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring license renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular, proactive communication with assigned customers and lead them in value‑driven strategies.
• Document and execute renewal strategies, managing resources to achieve renewal, usage, and adoption targets.
• Stay ahead of industry developments, apply best practices, and compile accurate reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of customer engagements and enhance CS procedures, policies, and standards.
• Take ownership of customer requests through to resolution and collaborate on onboarding with the Onboarding Specialist.

Required profile

• Strong passion for Givzey’s mission and experience working with nonprofit organizations, especially frontline fundraising or donor relations.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer success (a plus) and professional customer service skills, including written communication and presentations.
• Independent problem‑solver, detail‑oriented, with excellent time‑management and critical‑reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work closely with internal functional teams and willingness to take on greater responsibility.
