Vaccine Access & Reimbursement Manager (Central)

About the role

Stratis Group, an independent pharmaceutical consulting firm, is seeking a Vaccine Access & Reimbursement Manager to support provider and patient access for vaccine products across a designated territory. The role is client‑facing, highly visible, and focuses on education, reimbursement guidance, and patient support.

Key responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for a vaccine portfolio using approved client materials.
• Assist offices in utilizing Patient Support Programs and resolve reimbursement barriers to ensure patient access.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Retail and Non‑Retail Account Directors, vaccine sales, and market access partners, as well as external hubs and distribution partners.
• Manage daily activities that support appropriate product access, operating independently on multiple projects.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree or 8+ years in related healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical roles.
• Ability to travel up to 60% (including overnight) and reside near the assigned territory with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer focus, relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of vaccine payer environment, including commercial, state, federal, and private coverage.
• Understanding of Medicare Parts A‑D, Medicaid, HCPCS, CPT, and ICD‑10 coding regulations.
• Experience with field reimbursement, patient services, and working with reimbursement hubs or call centers.
