- Synthesize user needs, business goals, policy constraints and technical considerations into clear experience direction.
- Define experience principles, success criteria and structural approaches for digital products and services.
- Develop and own UX artifacts such as personas, user journeys, service blueprints, workflows and information architecture.
- Define content strategy, create content models and ensure they support scalable, reusable and accessible experiences.
- Shape UX strategy for CMS‑backed and data‑driven systems, including public‑facing and administrative interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers and technical leads to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical solutions.
- Participate in client workshops and presentations, communicating decisions, trade‑offs and rationale.
Required profile

- Portfolio demonstrating experience strategy, systems thinking and UX decision‑making.
- Strong background in stakeholder research and translating qualitative inputs into actionable strategy.
- Proven ability to define information architecture and content models for complex systems.
- Experience working with CMS‑backed and data‑driven digital systems, including administrative interfaces.
- Comfort collaborating across UX, design and technical domains and presenting strategy to non‑design stakeholders.
Required skills
- Experience creating UX and content strategy artifacts (journeys, IA, content models, conceptual frameworks).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and how content and data structures are implemented in digital products.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
What we offer
- Remote work environment with competitive compensation ($115,000–$150,000 USD per year).
- Full‑time benefits package including health coverage, paid time off and retirement contributions.
