Senior Digital Experience Designer

About the role

The Senior Digital Experience Designer will create and execute visual marketing solutions for att.com, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all digital platforms. This full‑time onsite position requires a strong grasp of content design, user experience, and mobile‑first principles, as well as a passion for emerging AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design marketing campaigns across AT&T digital platforms.
• Design modular web pages that support the customer journey and communicate complex product offers.
• Produce creative assets that follow AT&T brand guidelines and elevate the brand visually.
• Composite and retouch multiple images into new environments.
• Partner with producers, strategists, marketers, copy leads and developers to ensure creative meets business needs.
• Perform visual QA and collaborate with the content implementation team.
• Contribute to the evolution of AT&T design systems and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, art, communications, or marketing.
• 3+ years of digital experience in an ad agency or in‑house agency.
• Strong digital portfolio showcasing web pages, UI, graphic design, image compositing and typography.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Figma and Photoshop (including Firefly).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Chrome DevTools (Inspect mode), and Workfront.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and accessibility standards.
• Strong typography, composition, lighting and color skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and GPT for image alteration.
