UX Researcher

About the role
The UX Researcher will apply both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand how users interact with the websites managed by AgriLife Marketing and Communications. You will turn insights into actionable recommendations that improve usability, accessibility, and overall digital experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and execute the full research lifecycle, from participant recruitment to data analysis.
- Create and maintain an ongoing UX research plan for continuous website improvement.
- Monitor and aggregate user feedback using tools such as UserBack and manage surveys.
- Design and conduct in‑person and virtual usability tests and interviews.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to evaluate branding, messaging, and audience growth.
- Support project‑based research for new initiatives like website redesigns and feature launches.
