Utilities EAM Maximo Consultant, Sr. Associate

About the role

As a Utilities EAM Maximo Consultant, Sr. Associate at PwC, you will specialize in IBM Maximo applications, helping utility clients improve operational efficiency. You will work within the Business Application Consulting practice to analyze client needs, design and implement Maximo solutions, and provide training and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and configure Maximo to optimize asset management processes.
• Lead implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Deliver training sessions and user support to promote effective adoption of Maximo.
• Collaborate with client teams to develop tailored deployment strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and methodologies to propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Maximo or similar EAM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Willingness to work in ambiguous environments and drive continuous improvement.
