Utilities EAM Maximo Consultant, Manager

About the role

As a Utilities EAM Maximo Consultant, Manager at PwC, you will lead the design, implementation and integration of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions for utility clients. You will work within the Business Application Consulting practice to improve operational efficiency, provide training, and support the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of Maximo software to optimise client operations.
• Analyse client requirements and develop tailored deployment strategies.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Maximo.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery to meet client expectations.
• Mentor and develop team members, leveraging their strengths.
• Facilitate critical conversations with clients and stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Promote emerging technologies and innovative practices within Maximo consulting.
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IBM Maximo Asset Management.
• Experience with Maximo Integration tools.
