USAC Sales Operations Leader

About the role

The USAC Sales Operations Leader is a senior Commercial Excellence position responsible for driving disciplined, scalable sales operations across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Senior Vice President, the role focuses on operational pricing, sales incentive plan management, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales operations across USAC to support commercial priorities, business performance, and strategic objectives.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence and USAC sales leadership to ensure strong governance, scalability, and process effectiveness.
• Oversee operational pricing activities, including invoice pricing, price changes, deal pricing, promotional pricing, and trade‑spend programs such as rebates and MDF.
• Define, administer, and govern sales incentive plans, quota management, and exception handling across USAC.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing and incentive processes to enhance accuracy, responsiveness, transparency, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and cross‑functional teams to strengthen decision‑making and alignment with business goals.
• Lead issue resolution, develop tools and systems, and establish standard practices to improve execution and control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
• At least ten (10) years of experience in sales operations, pricing operations, or sales performance management in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in operational pricing, including invoice pricing, price changes, and trade‑spend programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced commercial setting.
