About the role

Limitlessli is looking for an experienced U.S. Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and place qualified nurses and advanced practice providers for U.S.-based healthcare clients. This remote position offers flexibility while supporting dynamic healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and build pipelines of RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Nurse Practitioners using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess clinical background, licensure, work authorization, and cultural fit.
• Present candidate profiles to hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and guide applicants through the hiring process.
• Support credentialing, license verification, background checks, and maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Track recruiting metrics and build long‑term talent pipelines for recurring nursing needs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals, especially nurses and advanced practice providers.
• Proven success placing RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and Nurse Practitioners.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare staffing models, credentialing, and state licensure requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑volume requisitions while delivering excellent candidate and client experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting databases.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work U.S. business hours (EST).
