US Community Manager – Conv

About the role

Greystar is seeking a US Community Manager – Conv to oversee daily operations of an assigned property in Glendale. The role involves leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with accounting.
• Manage petty cash, enforce lease terms, approve resident applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily residential properties or similar real‑estate assets.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Proven ability to meet financial targets and control operating expenses.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
