About the role

SmartSphere is seeking a motivated US Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to generate qualified demo bookings for our AI voice agents targeting dental clinics. You will work remotely, focusing on high‑volume outreach during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call US dental clinics during US business hours and navigate past front‑desk staff.
• Reach decision‑makers, present the value proposition, and schedule demo appointments.
• Conduct email follow‑ups with warm leads and prospects who do not answer.
• Log every call activity and directly add booked demos to the shared calendar.

Required profile

• Proven cold‑calling experience in the US market with clear, confident neutral English.
• Thick skin, strong objection‑handling abilities, and relentless follow‑up mindset.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for 3–4 focused hours each day.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
