Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (Part‑Time, Multi‑State)

About the role

We are looking for board‑certified, multi‑licensed Nurse Practitioners to provide virtual urgent and primary care to patients of all ages. The role is part‑time (20 hours/week) and involves delivering comprehensive telehealth services across a broad range of conditions while collaborating with our provider and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct age‑appropriate histories and virtual examinations.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute, chronic, and mental‑health conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and document treatment plans promptly and accurately.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans.
• Request consultations or referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain cross‑coverage for designated tasks.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral‑level Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active NP license with RN compact licensure and multi‑state licensure (5 + states preferred).
• Minimum 3 years post‑training experience in high‑volume urgent care or primary care settings.
• Experience caring for newborns through adults.
• Current Medicare/Medicaid participation in good standing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
