University Relations Partner – Early Careers

About the role

The University Relations Partner will join TikTok’s AMS Early Career team to shape and execute the company’s university engagement strategy across the Americas. You will be responsible for building high‑impact partnerships with universities, driving top‑of‑funnel talent pipelines, and delivering memorable campus events that showcase TikTok’s culture and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of long‑term strategic partnerships with university leaders, career centers, and student organizations.
• Design and implement initiatives that expand the top‑of‑funnel talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of diverse, high‑potential students.
• Oversee the planning and execution of information sessions, career fairs, on‑campus events, and related assets, managing timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external university partners, communicating project status and opportunities.
• Create innovative event concepts and content that highlight TikTok’s employer value proposition.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment program performance to provide data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and executing university‑focused programs or events, preferably in early‑career recruitment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
