Union Helper A- Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Union Helper A- is responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining necessary supplies.
• Maintain the physical aspects of the property to uphold overall functionality and safety.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks on building systems.
• Strong attention to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Capability to coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
