About the role

Join Home Genius Exteriors, a fast‑growing remodeling company expanding into the Chicago market. The Window Measurement Technician will manage the post‑sale customer and vendor experience, overseeing window projects from precise measurement through final installation while contributing to the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit job sites and take precise measurements of window and door openings.
• Confirm custom orders based on measurements, with a bonus opportunity for accuracy.
• Input accurate job‑site information into company systems to prepare orders and installations.
• Travel between 2‑3 job sites per day using a company‑provided vehicle.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of construction management experience and 2+ years measuring windows and doors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• High level of professionalism, self‑motivation, and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail for administrative tasks.
• Problem‑solving ability and customer‑service focus.
