About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled UKG Principal Consultant to lead complex HR technology implementations. This mostly remote position involves occasional on‑site visits to Chicago, Illinois.

Key responsibilities

Lead client engagement teams, manage project budgets, and deliver high‑quality services on time.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management and provide mentorship to team members.
Stay current with UKG Pro & Pro WFM technical knowledge, integrations, and industry trends.

Required profile

10+ years consulting experience with 7‑10 years in UKG Pro or Pro WFM implementations.
Bachelor’s degree and UKG certifications (Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, etc.).
Strong leadership, project management, and entrepreneurship mindset.
