About the role
The UI/UX Designer will join Mastercard's Safety Net Team, helping to design new products and enhancements that protect issuers and acquirers from large‑scale fraud attacks.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the development of new products and product enhancements.
- Provide design specifications and develop components for new services.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications for the technology organization.
- Support product launches, marketing communications, and collateral creation.
- Define functional and technical requirements and manage relationships with technical resources.
Required profile
- Strong experience in product design with a focus on customer experience.
- Broad knowledge of product development functions and lifecycle.
- Preferred experience in project management.
- Ability to multitask, manage workload, and communicate effectively.
Required skills
- Product design expertise.
- Understanding of product development concepts and practices.
- Advanced organization and project management skills.
