Turn Assistant – Student Living Community

About the role

The Turn Assistant supports Greystar’s Clear Creek Communities student‑living portfolio by handling administrative, marketing and hands‑on maintenance tasks that prepare apartments for new residents during turn season.

Key responsibilities

• Perform leasing office duties such as copying, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling calls and organizing rent‑related paperwork.
• Assist with lease preparation, move‑in and move‑out processes, including printing and organizing lease documents.
• Conduct on‑campus marketing outreach to raise community awareness and drive qualified traffic.
• Support resident events and programs to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Touch‑up paint vacant and occupied units and ensure proper caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication skills for resident interaction and marketing outreach.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning, painting and light maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility to work during peak turn periods.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of property management paperwork.
• Experience with pressure‑washing, painting and basic caulking.
