Turn Assistant – Student Living at The Oaks on the Square

About the role

The Turn Assistant supports leasing and maintenance teams during the apartment turn season at The Oaks on the Square student living community. This role blends administrative support with hands‑on property upkeep to ensure units are ready for new residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform office tasks such as copying, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling calls, and organizing rent‑related documents.
• Assist with lease preparation, move‑in and move‑out paperwork, and maintain resident lease files.
• Conduct on‑campus marketing outreach to raise community awareness and drive qualified traffic.
• Support resident events, including welcome parties and unit tours, to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing general cleaning.
• Execute touch‑up painting, caulking, and sealing in vacant and occupied units as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
