Turn Assistant – Centennial Hall (Student Living)

About the role

We are looking for a Turn Assistant to support the leasing and maintenance teams at Centennial Hall, a student‑living community. The role involves a mix of administrative duties and hands‑on property upkeep to ensure apartments are ready for new residents during turn season.

Key responsibilities

• Perform leasing office admin tasks such as copying, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling calls and organizing rent payments.
• Assist with lease preparation, move‑in and move‑out paperwork and maintain resident lease files.
• Conduct on‑campus marketing outreach to generate community awareness and qualified traffic.
• Support resident events including welcome parties, unit visits and other programs to boost satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting signage.
• Apply touch‑up paint, caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers in vacant and occupied units.

Required profile

• Ability to perform both administrative and physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during turn periods.
