Treatment Coordinator – Behavioral Health

About the role

The Treatment Coordinator leads all aspects of client treatment in an outpatient mental health setting, providing weekly clinical sessions, treatment planning, documentation compliance, and care coordination for a caseload of roughly 25 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial diagnostic evaluations and complete required documentation in accordance with COMAR regulations.
• Develop and maintain Individual Treatment Plans, coordinate referrals, and lead weekly clinical sessions for assigned clients.
• Perform weekly audits of treatment and documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide ongoing care coordination and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Licensed behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health services and coordinating client care.
