Travel Nurse RN – Med Surg – $2,071 per week

About the role

Trustaff is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Medical‑Surgical care for a 13‑week travel assignment in Palestine, Texas. You will work 12‑hour night shifts, providing comprehensive care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult patients in a Med‑Surg unit.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans.

Required profile

• Current RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Experience in Medical‑Surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong clinical background and multitasking skills.
